We are Re-opening!
As of Monday, 4th May we will be re-opening.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation our service will look a little different for a while. Safety of our staff and customers is paramount.
With this in mind, we have introduced new measures to protect everyone. Although we will be open, our shop doors will not and only staff will have access to our building and yard.
We will only be accepting orders by telephone and email for the foreseeable future. All payments will need to be taken on the phone.
We will still be offering delivery of equipment and have measures in place to ensure this can be done without contact. We will also still be allowing collection from our depot however this will work differently. When you have ordered and paid for your item you will be given a 15 minute time slot for your collection, you must arrive within this time so that our staff can have your equipment ready for you to collect without contact. Returns of equipment will be handled in a similar way, when you telephone to say you have finished you will be given a return time slot. The collection/return bay will be at the side of our building.
We regret that our team will not be available to help load vehicles, as this would mean breaching the required 2 metre distancing rules. If the equipment is heavy you will have to have someone with you to help you load, if this isn’t possible then we are able to offer contactless deliveries.
We will also not be able to demonstrate equipment use. However, there are operating manuals for all our equipment available to download from the product pages of our website. We will also be available to give advice by telephone.
We will of course be sanitising all hire equipment before and after each hire. All our team members will also be following all hygiene advice and observing social distancing rules.
