Why are we doing this? > Tokenising your card details allows our hire desk to seamlessly process and refund your hire deposits. It also means we can efficiently handle standard account updates—like hire duration extensions, fuel charges, or cleaning fees—without requiring you to give your card details over the phone for every transaction. M&G Plant & Tool Ltd does not store your raw card details; everything is encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe to ensure your data remains completely safe.
